Responsible for administering the virtual infrastructure, including server and storage virtualization, high availability, disaster recovery, and security. Tasks include infrastructure design, maintenance, capacity analysis, help desk ticket resolution, and documenting processes.

The Junior IT Analyst will gather and analyze data related to user needs, create and maintain surveys for user experiences, and provide recommendations to improve IT services. The analyst will also engage in conversational analysis and support the User Advocacy Group in understanding IT needs.
