As a Workplace Concierge at Peloton, you will be the first point of contact for the company, handling the flow of people through the business and ensuring all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible for defining video streaming software requirements, assessing feasibility of new software improvements, modifying software architecture for performance enhancement, and developing backend features. Deploy sophisticated data models to improve segmentation, personalization, and targeting capabilities in lifecycle channels. Lead experimental design for tests to optimize engagement and conversion.
