Lead the end-to-end initiative to detect adoption and performance issues, interview customers, build action plans, and ensure successful deployment of solutions. Work within the Discovery phase, configure solutions, and oversee PMO activities. Required 3 years of experience in Ivalua implementation projects and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
