The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst at CBI is responsible for creating data-based insights, building and testing hypotheses, and driving customer acquisition and value. This role involves analyzing business and market data, improving revenue processes, and executing high-impact initiatives in collaboration with various teams within the organization.

Support various teams by providing legal guidance on customer contracts, sales agreements, and vendor arrangements. Collaborate cross-functionally, optimize legal operations, provide compliance counsel, and stay updated on legal developments. Requires 6-8 years of legal experience, expertise in commercial agreements, strong communication skills, business judgment, and project management experience.

Partner with Executives to architect smarter sales contracts, drive compliant scale, provide legal guidance on a wide array of legal matters, lead strategic M&A activities, manage and optimize relationships with outside counsel, strengthen internal controls, attract and lead a high-performing legal team, negotiate customer and vendor agreements, and collaborate with board members. Requires extensive in-house experience advising technology companies and a minimum of 10 years of legal practice.
