The Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for building and improving Gynger’s web-based SaaS and FinTech software by managing both front-end and back-end development. Responsibilities include participating in code reviews, collaborating with designers and PMs, and writing clean, efficient code. This role involves complete ownership of projects, working across teams to solve complex problems and deliver effective user experiences.

As the VP of Credit, you will own Gynger’s credit and fraud risk management, lead teams in developing policies, and manage relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for strategic and tactical execution focused on data-driven decision-making to ensure portfolio health and sustainability.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified sales leads through cold outbound prospecting, supporting sales teams by booking meetings with potential clients, and crafting unique outbound campaigns.
