The Role
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be the lead support for demand generation and marketing programs with the field sales team. You will work directly with a dedicated group of Account Executives to increase engagement within specific accounts driving prioritization and execution of a variety of programs including events, curated content and use cases, targeted ads, partnership opportunities, customer references. You will have engagement with all members of the marketing, sales, and business development teams to compose the most creative and successful plans to increase growth for Amperity.

- Ensure Account Executives with marketing resources to empower personalized messaging showcasing the capabilities of the Amperity platform
- Develop personalized marketing campaigns to lead meetings within targeted accounts
- Improve personalized marketing campaigns
- Communicate feedback from the field to Marketing to guide campaign and messaging evolution
- Provide regular updates on industry, company, and contacts to assigned sales reps to identify potential selling opportunities
- Lead the development of targeted event programs that promote awareness and engagement across important accounts
- Bring creative ideas to campaigns and events to showcase Amperity's unique position with the CDP market
About You
- 5 years of experience building and delivering of field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs, and joint partner activity
- Experience in B2B field and event marketing
- Experience building a variety of marketing tactics including social media, webinars, email, paid digital, partner marketing
- Ensure understanding of our messaging and strategy as plans evolve
- Experience partnering with departments such as Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success to lead demand
- Experience developing multi-channel demand generation and field marketing campaigns (digital, in-person and hybrid)
- You are someone who naturally steps up and takes ownership of all aspects of a campaign or event
- Operate with a people-first mindset, including all partners
- History of building trust across teams
- Willing to travel 30-40% to regional events
- Proven project management and process improvement capabilities
- Hands-on experience with tools like 6Sense, Marketo is sought after

Our hybrid work model includes three days in the office each week, providing a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility
Compensation
Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.
Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
