Role Summary:
Moonvalley is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and scale our event presence in North America. We've seen strong early response to our video AI technology at industry events, and now need a driven marketer to expand our program. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential: you'll start by creating compelling event experiences and driving immediate pipeline impact, with the opportunity to scale the program and build a team as our event presence expands.

What you'll do:

  • Own our field marketing strategy and roadmap, starting with North America

  • Design standout event experiences that bring our technology to life

  • Hit ambitious event-driven pipeline targets, including lead generation goals and ROI metrics

  • Build efficient event processes from lead capture to sales handoff, working closely with Operations on lead handing and follow-up

  • Work with Sales to refine our event strategy and boost pipeline quality

  • Team up with Product Marketing to develop compelling content across our booth, keynotes,and speaking slots

  • Own field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and strategic event partnerships

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years marketing experience, with 4+ years running field marketing programs

  • Proven ability to drive pipeline through events, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Deep experience building lead generation programs that deliver real business results

  • Successfully managed significant event budgets with clear impact on revenue

  • Sharp analytical mind and data-driven approach to measuring event success

  • Experience at early stage and hyperscaling start-ups is a plus
