For this remote role, we're looking for someone in the Pacific Time Zone to ensure sufficient collaboration time with current team members in the United States, Australia, Europe, Philippines, and India.
The Lead Program Manager - Talent will be responsible for working with the head of Talent and the Talent leadership team, and driving strategic talent initiatives across all functions of the organisation. This role will involve:

  • Program Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key talent programs, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive program success.
  • Project Management: Utilizing project management methodologies to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources for talent initiatives.
  • Reporting Data Analysis: Driving reporting on completion of programs, ROI, Analyzing talent data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.


This role will work closely with the Director of Talent Infrastructure role.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $164,400 - $219,200
Zone B: $148,000 - $197,300
Zone C: $136,500 - $182,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
