Rho is looking for a seasoned Head of Growth Marketing to quarterback an end-to-end growth strategy that delivers a consistent, up-and-to-the-right acceleration of new customers, upsells, and net revenue.

Based in New York City, the ideal candidate is a data-driven, ambitious, results-oriented individual who is eager to ideate and execute new marketing strategies, test new channels, conduct rapid A/B testing, and uncover new opportunities to grow Rho’s bottom line. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding pre-determined net revenue, activation, and upsell goals. 

Every week, you will build, launch, test, and scale new marketing initiatives, A/B tests, and experimental trials, supporting our culture of high performance. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Director of Demand Gen, and Chief Revenue Officer, you will provide ongoing reporting of growth performance, opportunities for optimization, and ideas for new tests to conduct. 

You will report to the Head of Marketing with an opportunity for expansion based on future organizational needs.

  • Set a growth strategy that achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, activation, and upsell targets set by the Head of Marketing and Chief Revenue Officer. 
  • Incorporate frameworks to evaluate key growth marketing channels, identify emerging channels with outsized potential to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth, and scale high-performing channels. 
  • Leading the development and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs, including email marketing, in-product messaging, push notifications, and other channels to maximize user retention and lifetime value.
  • Lead A/B testing and other experimental marketing initiatives to identify the most effective strategies and opportunities to enhance ongoing growth marketing tests.
  • Oversee growth channels including, but not limited to, email marketing, sign-up flows, OOH and paid advertising, technical SEO, and website optimization.
  • Use growth hacking techniques to achieve sustainable growth rates, outmaneuver our competitors, and redefine what is possible for our company's success. The role will have access to (including Engineering resources) for in-product hacking.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver weekly growth performance analysis reporting and recommendations to GTM leadership organization. 

  • 8-10 years of experience in growth marketing in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong track record of owning growth strategies with an outcome-based orientation. 
  • Robust analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Unwavering curiosity when it comes to uncovering new growth channels, tests, and opportunities.
  • Excellent written communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Highly motivated and comfortable operating under ambiguity with high agency.
  • An inclination for channels and tests that require little to no paid advertising expenditures.
  • Eagerness to have an impact. We love people with a chip on their shoulder!
  • B2B SaaS, B2B fintech, and/or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is$185,000 - $225,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
