You will work with world-class product teams and new emerging businesses within Atlassian.
In this role, you will get to:

  • Develop targeted audience segmentation to deliver relevant messaging to improve engagement, conversions, and revenue.
  • Partner closely with fellow demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and always on marketing campaigns across email, web personalization, advertising, content syndication.
  • Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys to drive adoption, and cross-sell for Rovo.
  • Expand our distribution footprint beyond owned channels like blog, email, in-product, and social through testing and experimentation.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership. This is a high-visibility role.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to build targeted campaigns and highlight resources throughout the entire buyer journey.
  • Report and provide insights into campaign performance and customer journey progress.

On the first day, you expect to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation across B2B or PLG.
  • Extensive experience implementing marketing programs and processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.
  • A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.
  • Expertise across email marketing and paid channels
  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities is a big plus
  • Extraordinary program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
  • The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.
