Your future team
Does the challenge of scaling a fast-growing company by powering it with data, reporting, and analytics excite you? Using your business instincts and creativity, you will support a market-leading product with nuanced analysis, relevant insights, and recommendations.
What you'll do

  • Align data science priorities and identify high impact opportunities with our partner's strategy
  • Improve user journey and customer value by managing and understanding trends in large volumes of data
  • Guide measurement culture and understand impact of our partner's strategy; including designing and analyzing experiments and feature launches
  • Build top-notch dashboards that provide partners and internal team members with a clear understanding of trends and insights.
  • Share high-quality insights to several levels of leadership to guide important decisions and shape company strategies


Your background

  • Fluency with SQL or other programming languages like Python, Scala, or R
  • Experience using dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Business Objects or similar
  • Experience with supervised learning, optimization, and statistical analysis
  • Able to commit to a 12 week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2025
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time masters degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2026
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, we do not offer U.S. work visa sponsorship to F-1/OPT, J-1/TN, or H-1B students at this time.


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $47 - $53
Zone B: $43 - $48
Zone C: $39 - $44
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
