The Product Support Analyst will provide technical product support to SeatGeek clients, analyze support requests, escalate issues, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires problem-solving skills, communication abilities, resilience, and a passion for technology and live events. The analyst will work both independently and in collaboration with the development team to resolve software application issues and bugs.
