Responsible for day-to-day oversight of a diverse portfolio of claims and disputes, coordinating insurance matters, responding to legal requests, and supporting senior lawyers in managing complex claims. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and de-escalate issues. Manage insurance claims, draft legal documents, and provide litigation support. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience and be a member in good standing of the NY or comparable State Bar.

Assist the corporate legal team with various corporate and securities matters, including public company processes, corporate transactions, legal entity management, and corporate compliance. Conduct research on corporate governance topics and support special projects as needed. Cultivate positive relationships with internal teams to drive efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.
