  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned high-value accounts, building, and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Understand and address the technical needs of clients through regular meetings and in-depth discussions
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Champion client requests and feedback within the organization to drive product improvements and address security concerns
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support
  • Monitor account health and performance, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams
  • Develop and manage account-specific KPIs to track and improve client satisfaction and engagement
  • Facilitate technical training and guidance to clients, enhancing their understanding and use of our security solutions


  • 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage and expand complex accounts through effective technical support and relationship management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and client expectations



The base salary for this role is between $115,000-140,000
