About the Role 

MoneyLion is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (contract) who will support the People team at our dynamic and growing financial technology company. This role will partner with some of the best minds in the fintech industry to support hiring strategies and help recruit new talent who will ensure that the business delivers on its strategy and key objectives. This is a high-visibility position that we expect will make a significant impact on our business outcomes.

This role is located on-site 4 days a week at our new headquarters in Chelsea, NYC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management:
    • Utilize diverse sourcing channels to identify and assess talent effectively.
    • Post job descriptions, collect candidate feedback, and maintain data is updated real time.
    • Coordinate high volume interview scheduling and logistics via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Greenhouse.
    • Ensure all data entered in Greenhouse is accurate.
    • Provide timely information to hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Collaborative Hiring Approach:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand talent needs.
    • Partner with all People team members - Business Partners, Operations, and Analytics.
    • Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience by treating candidates with the respect and attention you would expect.
  • Prioritization and Volume Management:
    • Demonstrate finesse in juggling multiple scheduling and priorities.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    • Provide expert insights, valued ideas, and expertise to enhance overall recruitment strategies.
  • Adaptive Solutions and Data Assessment:
    • Regularly assess data reliability through established dashboards and reports.
  • Candidate Influence:
    • Present the MoneyLion way and culture to active candidates.
  • Data Analytics:
    • Utilize Greenhouse ATS to generate timely reports and real time feedback to candidates.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, ambitious, agile, detail-oriented and adaptable to the changing environments with a passion for people and culture
  • Proficient in Greenhouse - Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proficient in using office computer software or Google Workspace, such as Google docs, sheets, slides
  • A commitment to ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Individual contributor and ability to work autonomously
  • Maintains the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Fintech industry experience is a plus

The hourly rate for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator position is between $30 - 35 per hour.
