The Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Senior Manager to join Carrot Fertility. As the Sales Enablement Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Commercial Sales organization by developing and implementing effective enablement strategies and programs. 

Your primary focus will be equipping our Commercial  team with the necessary content to accelerate new business opportunities. You will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of Highspot, as well as the distribution of information to the Commercial team. In collaboration with marketing, the Senior Manager will identify content gaps, create close the loop processes to templatize existing content for broader use, and create foundational collateral that enables the Commercial team to self-serve. 

The Team: 

The Sales Enablement team is responsible for equipping Carrot’s Commercial team with the training, process, and content needed to drive an effective sales process and ultimately exceed revenue goals. The Commercial organization is made up of our sales distribution channels (Employer, Consultant Relations, Health Plan, and Partnerships), all uniquely responsible for ensuring a consistent and thriving new business growth strategy. 
This role will report into our Director of Sales Enablement. The Sales Enablement team specializes by function, supporting the entire Commercial team with strategic programming. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in Sales Enablement or sales training roles, preferably in a high-growth, technology-driven company or healthcare-related industry
  • Experience working in the digital health space with a rapidly expanding sales team
  • Strong understanding of the health benefits sales processes and a track record of successfully enabling sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure success
  • Experience working with sales enablement tools (Highspot) and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with ability to lead cross-functional projects autonomously
  • Champion of learning and development who fosters continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience developing and executing sales enablement strategies across diverse global markets
  • Ideally, passionate about Carrot’s mission to achieve fertility care for all


Compensation: 

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $130,000.00 - $150,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
