Dandy is hiring a Software Engineer to join our rapidly scaling technology organization. This position will be responsible for building industry-defining products and a robust pipeline that manages Dandy’s revenue streams on a hyper-growth path.
We are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented engineer who enjoys working with numbers and code. You will sit at the core of Dandy’s business and collaborate cross-functionally with other brilliant engineers and ambitious business partners at Dandy.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop the full stack of Dandy’s pricing, billing and payments systems

Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to meet the high bar for quality and user experience in a rapidly iterative environment.

Partner with the business teams such as Go-to-Market, Accounting, Business Operations to shape Dandy’s pricing and packaging strategies for market expansion and other monetization opportunities

Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability and best practices. Advocate for improvements to product quality, security and performance through collaboration and code reviews.

Deliver product features in a large code base with both grace and speed
What We're Looking For

2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a high growth environment

Solid foundations in software engineering, programming languages and distributed systems

Attention to details and a collaborative, pragmatic mindset

Good communication skills to articulate technical solutions and business requirements
Bonus Points

Experience with billing and payment platforms (ex: Stripe, Plaid, Dave)

Experience with Typescript and its ecosystem

Basic understanding of PostgreSQL, GraphQL and/or event-based architectures
