Senior Technical Sourcer (4-month contract)

About the Role

We’re hiring a contract technical sourcer to support our growing talent function and fuel the company's amazing growth. This person will work closely with a team of high-performing recruiters & recruiting coordinators to build a high-velocity recruiting engine. This is a great role for someone looking to contribute to our company's explosive growth.

This role is for a 4 month contract

What You'll Do

• Source top-tier tech candidates across numerous roles: Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Product, Data and Software Engineering

• Take full responsibility for volume of qualified candidates at the ‘top-of-funnel’ in each of the searches and pipelines which you support

• Learn the Dandy talent bar and how to identify competitive candidate profiles 

• Bring a data-centric approach to sourcing and help build scalable processes to work smarter, not just harder

• Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidate profile calibration and understand their teams needs

• Work together with the coordination team to get candidates into their respective interview processes

• Develop creative sourcing strategies for both high volume and niche roles

• Provide a strategic approach to sourcing diverse talent 

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years experience as a technical sourcer at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company 

• Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for Machine Learning, Engineering and Product roles

• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline; must be able to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields

• Ability to learn our talent standards and apply them to sourcing efforts

• Ability to move through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources

• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness

• Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making

• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task
