ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives while actively engaging in closing strategic SMB deals yourself. You will bring a strong track record of success in sales, with clear examples of top performance, rapid advancement, and consistent revenue generation. You will sell LiveFlow to Accounting Professionals and Finance Teams, all while guiding your team to excel.

You’ll manage, mentor, and develop Account Executives while being hands-on in sales activity. We are looking for a Player/Coach who will set the pace in both leadership and sales excellence, directly contributing to our revenue goals.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Actively engage in the end-to-end sales process of selling LiveFlow to Accounting firms and Finance Teams, setting an example for your team through hands-on experience.

  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, setting performance goals, and providing coaching to ensure high performance and professional growth.  

  • Partner with our founding team to evolve the Sales Playbook, refine the go-to-market strategy, and offer input on product direction based on customer feedback.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with senior leaders in Accounting and Finance (CFOs, Heads of Finance, VPs of Finance) to drive new business and support team goals.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-4 Years of Proven Success in Sales: Demonstrated track record as a top performer, ideally with rapid career progress or consistent recognition.

  • Strong Sales Experience: Experience closing deals with a $5k-$50k ACV, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where quick closes (1-2 calls) are common.

  • 1-3 Years of Managerial Experience: History of managing Account Executives, being able to inspire, coach, and lead by example.

  • Strong communication skills. You ask questions, demonstrate curiosity, and are eager to continuously learn and push boundaries.

  • Must be based in NYC, relocation assistance provided for candidates no based in NYC.
