CFS Sr Program Manager - DailyPay

Location: NYC / Remote

Job Overview:

This Program Manager role will be responsible for the strategic oversight and management of multiple projects within our Consumer Finance organization. This role requires an experienced communicator who can help expedite our speed to delivery, tracking of performance of initiatives post-launch, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive successful outcomes in our consumer finance business. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute detailed program plans, including defining scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and managing budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring transparent and effective communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to keep programs on track.
  • Alignment with Business Objectives: Ensure all program initiatives are in line with the company’s strategic goals and contribute to achieving business objectives, and are executed in a priority order that speaks to those objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate program performance using established metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and enhance program management processes and methodologies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, a related field, OR relevant work experience; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are highly desirable.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in program management with a demonstrated history of successfully managing complex programs.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and drive organizational change.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, JIRA, etc).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize program outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities and demands.

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
