Your Impact on our Mission

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy, setting measurable goals, and leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions in one of the most complex industries today.

Your day to day is…

  • Defining and communicating a product strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals
  • Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and operational teams to break down and prioritize customer needs, and scope and define detailed product requirements
  • Conducting rigorous analyses to build compelling business cases for new products and features, balancing customer value with business impact
  • Owning and managing the entire product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and crafting solutions to launching and evolving products, ensuring their success at every stage
  • Driving cross-functional alignment, building consensus, and fostering collaboration across teams to deliver best-in-class solutions

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 4+ years of product background, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplaces with proven track record of success 
  • Demonstrated experience successfully owning objective improvements in revenue, user growth, engagement, or other metrics
  • An ownership mentality, with the ability to develop and execute product initiatives, and make hard prioritization decisions that drives business results
  • Strong technical acumen, and are capable of leveraging modern technologies in product designs
  • Experience across product management lifecycle - identifying opportunities, defining a roadmap, developing business cases, driving execution activities, and measuring results
  • Analytical horsepower and a natural curiosity
  • A customer focus that leverages qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize work and iterate on products

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

NYC Base Salary Range

$163,000$225,000 USD
