We are looking for a Senior People Partner, Engineering & Product

Compensation: $190,000-210,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

Rokt is looking for an HRBP to partner closely with senior business leaders in our Engineering and Product teams to understand the broader strategic objectives and determine relevant talent management strategies that drive performance, promote the culture and make Rokt a great place to work.

About the role

  • Partner with Engineering & Product senior leaders and C-Suite executives to align people strategy with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, offering coaching and influencing People and L&D matters.
  • Act as a liaison between Team Leads, L&D, and People Operations to drive initiatives based on feedback.
  • Analyze HR data to generate insights and collaborate with leaders on organizational design and talent management.
  • Handle employee relations, including policy adherence, grievances, and terminations, working with legal as needed.
  • Advise on performance management concerns and guide leaders through performance management processes.
  • Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, and autonomously recommend and implement new initiatives.

Requirements

About you

  • 5-10 years of People experience in high-growth tech organizations, partnering with tech and engineering teams.
  • Prior experience as a Human Resource Generalist with a strong grasp of HR concepts, practices, and compliance.
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and integrity, paired with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership to design talent planning processes that support business goals.
  • Experience aligning people strategies with organizational goals through development programs and processes.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and a data-driven, detail-oriented approach.
  • Proactive in identifying problems, finding solutions, and owning the process from start to finish.
  • Motivated to innovate, improve, and operate autonomously to drive positive change.
