monday.com is scaling its partner-led business in the North America region, and is looking to hire a Partner Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts. This is a high impact opportunity that combines strategy, program management, execution and analytical analysis. As part of our growing team, this role will have a pivotal impact on the region’s go-to-market strategies and will be in charge of building and executing the partner-led marketing plan in alignment with revenue targets.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.


About The Role:

  • Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy for NAM, with a focus on driving partner pipeline and revenue through key partners including Solution Partners, Distribution Partners and Cloud Partners
  • Manage regional partner budget & MDF allocation with a focus on delivering pipeline 
  • Strategic and tactical execution of in-person events, conference sponsorships, partner webinars, customer marketing and outbound programs with partners
  • Lead NAM’s partner-led event strategy and execution in collaboration with the partnership, field and event production teams
  • Develop an annual marketing plan for AWS, leveraging resources such as MDF and working closely with AWS partner marketing manager
  • Act as the primary marketing contact across the entire NAM partner ecosystem, with the ability to prioritize partners based on revenue potential
  • Identify opportunities to include partners into regional marketing-led initiatives such as campaigns and events
  • Align with the global partner marketing team and promote NAM’s needs and priorities to ensure appropriate resourcing
  • Ensure proper tracking, reporting and analysis of all partner marketing activities
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive efficiencies and improvements
  • Support Annual Global Partner Kick Off and Annual Partner Day in NYC Partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing
  • Deep understanding of US and Canadian markets
  • Experience working with the cloud partner ecosystem (AWS, GCP or Azure) 
  • Marketing event management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Both high level strategic thinking along side with hands on requirements and skills
  • Working in a high speed and dynamic environment- advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at any given point in time

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $120,000-$150,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
