Who You Are
Justworks is looking for a web leader to enhance the impact of our most valuable marketing asset: justworks.com. You will be responsible for making our web experience the core of an omnichannel growth engine that serves a multitude of users at all stages of their journey through the Justworks funnel. The ideal candidate is a blend of go-to-market strategist, data-driven optimizer, systems thinker, and product manager with a passion for all things web. You care about building great experiences for customers and you are driven to connect your work to its impact on revenue.
This role will report to the VP of Growth Marketing and will collaborate with a variety of teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technology to deliver on your objectives. You will operate as a key part of an integrated go-to-market strategy that spans the Revenue organization while simultaneously prioritizing the development of a best-in-category web experience on www.Justworks.com.
Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On
- Lead the strategy and develop the roadmap to make www.justworks.com the centerpiece of a high-performance go-to-market motion that builds awareness, generates demand, and supports the Justworks ecosystem
- Manage a team of Web Producers and Conversion Rate Optimization Managers
- Be accountable to goals that measure the impact of web experience on pipeline across all demand channels and conversion funnels
- Develop a site architecture and content model that showcases the value of Justworks’ solutions and products in a personalized and relevant way
- Create a seamless, high-conversion journey through the site for all users, including prospects, customers, and partners
- Partner with the Content team to grow organic web traffic via SEO, including of site architecture updates, technical enhancements, content development, and keyword optimization
- Develop a web reporting framework that enables you to make data-driven and present insights on website health and performance to Marketing and business leadership
- Manage the workload and backlog for a team of in-house engineers, UX designers, and producers, including project planning, task owners, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Data & Analytics to manage web data collection and the integration of the site into Justworks’ martech ecosystem
- Stay on top of web experience trends and communicate key insights in the B2B SaaS space to the Marketing and Revenue teams

Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years experience managing websites, SEO, CRO, and digital experiences in the B2B SaaS space, with a focus on driving pipeline
- A minimum 3 years of experience managing people/teams and developing, coaching andmentoring marketers
- Track record leading website development initiatives that influenced revenue in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
- Bias towards action and a test-and-learn approach that values iteration and speed-to-market over perfection
- Customer-centric mindset that enables the creation of great digital experiences for a range of users
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive strategy, prioritization, and decision-making
- Expertise collaborating and communicating effectively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve complex business problems
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization best practice, including building, running and analyzing experiments
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Heap, Tableau), A/B and multivariate testing tools (VWO), content management systems (Contentful), technical and content SEO, web QA, web data management, and domain/url management
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $165,000.00 - $181,500.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
