As a Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives. The Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for assisting with go-to-market planning, analysis, and execution on behalf of Sales & Marketing for new product and service introduction and other cross functional programs. This individual will manage cross functional strategic initiatives to deliver incremental value to customers and support the company's revenue and subscriber growth objectives. This role will also partner cross functionally to assess and plan for government initiatives and legislation.

- Playing a supporting role in new business activity as required
- Developing 'Points of View' based on financial analysis, competitive landscape and key trends
- Assisting with the design and maintenance of long-range plans related to pricing and packaging
- Partnering cross functionally with Product and Technology teams to understand new product and service introduction prior to formulating go-to-market strategy.
- Partners with Revenue & Subscriber Forecasting team to create business cases to support decision making
- Interacting with all levels of the company to identify key issues, define corrective actions and drive resolutions
- Developing and communicating strategic imperatives to a diverse group of cross-functional leaders
- Creating long-range strategic plans and interpret financial models to inform business decisions
- Coordinating cross functionally to track and monitor progress vs. key metrics
- Demonstrating the ability to lead, develop and motivate others
- Liaison with Government Affairs teams on initiatives, proposed rulemaking and legislation.
- Collaborating with Marketing Insights and Business Intelligence teams to track and monitor success.
What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, or related field
- Experience: 5 or more years of Cable MSO or similar Industry experience, Seven or more years Sales & Marketing, Pricing Strategy
- Technical skills: Advanced use of personal computer and software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Skills: Effective communication, detail orientated, results orientated
- Abilities: Critical thinking, problem-solving, sound decision-making, managing priorities, work independently with little supervision and guidance; communicate clearly both orally and in writing

- Education: Master's degree in marketing, finance, business, or related field
