About the Job:

As the Senior Manager of One time Rental sales, you will own the P&L levers of our one-time rental business including pricing, promotions, shipping and fees. Your goal, in partnership with other teams, is to grow top-line revenue from $40M to $100M. This role is an individual contributor work in a fiercely cross functional way to influence and support strategies across the inventory & merchandising teams. You will lead experiments and own our pricing and promotion strategy and will incubate business changes to improve margins. This role requires speed and agility while designing strategy and decisively executing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess the performance of the Reserve business P&L and design pricing and promotion strategies to support growth and profitability. 
  • Design & manage performance of input metrics across multiple teams including engagement, conversion (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS), while optimizing and flexing strategies to achieve sales growth and customer strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to shared goals, including merchandising, product, engineering, data science, operations, and marketing. 
  • Design and execute experiments to positively impact revenue and margin. 
  • Collaborate closely with paid media buying team and external digital marketing agencies to align on performance marketing strategies that maximize return on investment and drive customer acquisition and retention KPIs.

About You:

  • 7+ years eCommerce and P&L experience required, with demonstrated ownership of pricing models and strategy.
  • Strong track record in building effective teams, driving business strategies and delivering on results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment adapt to changing priorities, manage through ambiguity and drive with urgency.
  • Excellent product sensibility, business-driving merchandising skills and performance marketing tactics understanding.
  • Team-oriented with ability to effectively collaborate with partners across the organization at all levels; ability to negotiate and influence peers and members of cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
