Who You Are

Our Growth Marketing team is building a best in class acquisition engine. We are looking for an outcome-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale our affiliate marketing program and lead the charge to test and optimize new campaigns and lead generation channels to drive qualified sales pipeline. The successful candidate is adept at demonstrating an arsenal of optimization tactics and breakthrough net new ideas to accomplish these goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, integrated campaigns, and growth strategies. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and generating revenue through strategic partnerships and triggered programs. The ideal candidate has experience dreaming, planning, launching, and determining success of marketing campaigns and ongoing programs that drive direct-response goals. Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On

  • Affiliate Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with high-value affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators to expand our affiliate network and drive traffic and conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and optimize campaigns.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with the content team to develop compelling and authentic content that resonates with our community and supports affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify and test new growth opportunities within affiliate marketing and other emerging channels, leveraging data-driven insights to scale successful initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget for affiliate marketing and other key initiatives, ensuring cost-effective growth and maximizing return on investment.
  • Innovate: Drive continued innovation and improvement by recommending new marketing strategies to expand our reach, increase relevance, refine our segmentation and targeting, and engage and convert prospects 
  • Perform other related responsibilities as needed based on department and/or organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years direct experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
  • You have experience in marketing B2B SaaS products
  • You have a founder-mentality, are curious and are obsessed with driving results
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills are essential. Must have ability to interpret and organize data and identify actionable insights
  • Confident presenter and storyteller who can effectively convey POVs, results, and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Experience and enthusiasm for collaboration with cross-functional teams and forming successful relationships with stakeholders throughout the company 
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM, Partnerstack, 6sense, Tableau, strongly preferred

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $137,500.00 - $158,125.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
