Cloudflare's Americas Marketing Team is searching for an Industry Programs Lead to help activate our presence in vertical markets such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and others.
The Industry Programs Lead will work closely with our regional marketers (both in the US and globally), sales, product marketing and strategy teams to build and activate marketing programs in partnership with industry associations such as Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs), HIMSS, National Retail Federation, etc. Building Cloudflare's presence in industry events and Cloudflare-hosted events, owning the calendar, content plan for the events, coordinating with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and others.
Programs will be a combination of industry events, collaborative content, regional roundtables, and on-line activities. Proven experience working in a vertical/industry marketing role is required.
Responsibilities:

  • Planning & execution: demonstrable skill working with teams to build & execute quarterly and yearly plans including budget management, event coordination, and projection of results
  • Performance monitoring & management: proven track record using enterprise analytics to monitor and optimize program performance, including investment rationalization, based on past performance and results. Creating monthly summary reports to show progress and status of industry programs.
  • Sales alignment & partnership: experience working in partnership with partners, sales leaders, including BDR leadership, to enable sellers and channel partners with account engagement programs leading to opportunity discovery and pipeline generation.
  • Opportunity & Market Development: proven track record working with industry associations to build Cloudflare's brand and position solutions specific to industry use-cases and pain points
  • Enable greater transparency across business lines: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver timely updates before and after events, share key learnings, and refine best practices-continuously elevating the impact and effectiveness of Industry Programs.


Your Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years in field or industry marketing role in $1B+ BtoB technology organization in cybersecurity or networking
  • Direct experience with industry associations such as ISACs, HIMSS, NRF, etc including national and regional events.
  • Proven results achieving quantifiable contribution metrics such as qualified leads, pipeline, closed business
  • Hands on experience with predominant sales and marketing systems such as budget management, reporting & analytics, CRM, and ABM.
  • Able to be effective working across organizational boundaries and building relationships to accomplish objectives
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of enterprise lead-management processes and marketing attribution approaches
  • Experience designing and building field-focused marketing programs across digital, first & third party events, and partner ecosystem including resellers, tech partners, and GSIs
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or other related fields. MBA a plus.


Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $139,000 - $169,000
  • For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $142,000 - $174,000
  • For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $149,000 - $183,000
