How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
• Lead and inspire the event team to deliver exceptional experiences overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution.
• Create innovative event concepts and themes and design engaging experiences.
• Manage event budgets and resources effectively and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee event logistics, from venue selection to on-site management and monitor event progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to deliver high-quality services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

  • 5 + years of relevant event management experience in a global environment
  • Demonstrated innovation in conference management and implementation.
  • Experience preparing and managing budgets, financial plans, and related assumptions.
  • Adept at contract negotiation with thorough knowledge of legal issues, contract language in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to advise, influence and lead diverse audiences.
  • Proven project management skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple initiatives with different stakeholders, timelines, scale, and scope.
  • Requires extensive travel (25% on average) and non-traditional hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors preferred

  • Foreign language skills a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese)


The salary range for applicants for this position is 89,600 - 102,000.
