Job Summary
This role will own the strategy, design, development, and implementation of enterprise HR technology that enables activities and a simplified experience across the entire talent lifecycle. As both a technology and HR leader, you will serve as the HR Digital EX business partner, working lockstep with the CTIO organization, collaborating with enterprise and business level HR leaders, and fostering key stakeholder relationships across functional and business groups, to ensure a consistent and seamless end-to-end employee experience for all HR platforms, such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and the intranet. You will define governance for systems and processes including content and knowledge management. You will also drive continuous improvement and accelerate transformation through automation, innovation, and optimization to enable sustainable progress as we scale for the short-term and long-term performance of the organization. Success in this role requires a balance of operating with proven methodologies, leading-edge systems thinking on HR initiatives, and championing new technologies as an early adopter.
Responsibilities

  • Optimizing the Digital EX for our HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors, EWorkForce Software, Qualtrics, incentive management solution (Compass), Application/Data Integrations and future platforms) to meet workforce (business, employee and compliance) requirements, crafting opportunities for the simplification and automation of manual processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and completeness. Lead the experience aspects of system upgrades / migrations
  • Use SAP/SuccessFactors and Qualtrics (in partnership with D&A team) to provide analytical tools that align with talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee feedback, workforce planning and HR analytics
  • Partner with and manage key stakeholders (HR functional areas, IT, business intelligence (D&A), operational business partners, financial planning, internal audit, communications) as the strategic HR technology solutions partner to stimulate, surface, and shape demand, usage, satisfaction, and engagement
  • Develop and implement short/long term strategies for the HR systems and processes, reporting/analytics (with D&A partners), and end-user experience across the enterprise and divisions (telecommunications, news & advertising, corporate) that aligns with our EX strategy and people aspirations. Perform regular business process reviews, overseeing improvement lists, making ongoing suggestions, and building plans to put into action
  • Lead and influence a high-performing cross-functional team with a culture of accountability that ensures delivery of timely and quality services that meet defined SLAs, priorities, and short/long term strategies
  • Plan for needed resources, structure and funding, and utilize data to drive ROI decision making and investment prioritization
  • Lead complex and high priority projects; own project development and scoping including obtaining key partner agreement, developing requirements, building/testing, go live, and conducting post-mortem feedback improvements. This includes consistent and effective communication to help manage escalations and reduce risk
  • Partner with the HR business partners to extend HR technology solutions to subsidiaries or future acquisitions
  • Partner with compliance efforts related to SOX, Corporate Audits, and internal/external audits
  • Manage sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional team members with competing priorities. Balance vendor relationships as an extension of the team
  • Facilitate all recurring governance and project status meetings
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and partnership across all People Team functions to drive collective success
  • Provide collaborative leadership to work across key functions needed to deliver on our Innovation strategy


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar field required
  • Knowledge of statistical methods such as correlation, regression, and factor analysis and the tools to analyze them (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Experience with change management, project management and communications strategies to execute employee experience initiatives as well as collaborate across the business (e.g., HR, Legal, Sales). Understanding of survey design, best practices with question methodology, and understanding of survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred)
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $161,186.00 - $230,265.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
