About the team

We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive digital marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on reaching financial services decision-makers through targeted channels and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. In this role, you'll optimize our digital presence across web, email, and paid media while developing sophisticated ABM campaigns to engage high-value accounts. The ideal candidate is a data-driven B2B marketer who excels at digital campaign execution and can leverage ABM strategies to amplify our demand generation efforts.

What you'll be doing

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute digital marketing strategy across web, email, and paid channels to drive demand generation
  • Manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and search, optimizing for ROI and pipeline contribution
  • Develop and optimize email nurture programs using audience segmentation and A/B testing
  • Lead agency relationships for paid digital campaigns and website development
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search performance

Website Management

  • Lead website optimization strategy to enhance user experience and conversion rates
  • Oversee content updates and landing page development
  • Coordinate with development partners on technical updates and maintenance

Account-Based Marketing

  • Design and execute ABM campaigns targeting key financial services accounts
  • Partner with sales to develop and implement account-specific marketing strategies
  • Leverage existing content and campaigns to support ABM initiatives
  • Track program effectiveness and pipeline impact

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance across channels using marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Manage digital marketing budget and track ROI
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing programs
  • Report on key metrics and insights to inform marketing strategy

Who we're looking for 

  • 7-10 years of B2B digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record of developing successful ABM campaigns 
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Demonstrated experience in website management and optimization
  • Experience managing agency relationships and vendor partnerships
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience managing website CMS platforms and coordinating with development teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Excellence in project management and multi-stakeholder collaboration

This position has a salary range of $125,000 to $144,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and region. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs).
