Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to our Salesforce ecosystem's ongoing development and optimization.
Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet project specifications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), MuleSoft, JSON, and platform events.
  • Perform data migration and ensure data integrity using tools like DataLoader.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for custom development, integrations, and design patterns.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Salesforce applications.
  • Utilize VSCode for development and Bitbucket for version control, following CI/CD best practices.
  • Implement email alerts, custom settings, and custom metadata types as needed.
  • Work with BI tools like DOMO for data analysis and reporting.
  • Follow agile methodology and utilize tools like Jira or ClickUp for project management.
  • Manage changesets and ensure proper deployment processes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the optimal use of the platform.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including SOAP and REST APIs, and tools like MuleSoft
  • Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, and Lightning App Builder
  • Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling and data management
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience with tools like DOMO, Mulesoft, OMS (Boostr, Operative) is a plus

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $92,534.00 - $152,021.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
