About The Role:

Ready to join one of the coolest companies around? Artlist is undergoing rapid growth, and we are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who will work onsite in our NYC office. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the senior management team, acting as a strategic partner to drive growth across North America.

We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations Team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our revenue operations, guiding strategic processes, and providing essential direction. 

The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll manage Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success data, crafting dashboards, SQL queries, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Wake up For This:

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into business and operational performance.
  • Lead business performance analysis with a focus on key metrics such as retention, conversion rates, and overall growth.
  • Develop advanced analyses and predictive models to enhance resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and refine business KPIs, benchmarks, and targets to measure success and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends, uncover opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrate agility and a problem-solving mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications Required:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales, Business, or Revenue Operations Analyst within a SaaS environment, with exposure to Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau is required.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehouse querying tools (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, MemSQL) is essential.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • A natural storyteller who can effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Impactful verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bonus points for experience with statistical modeling and a proactive, team-oriented attitude that thrives in collaborative environments.

This position has a salary range of $90,000 - $125,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
