As a Sales Engineering Manager in the Americas, you will be at the forefront of driving our success in this critical region. You will provide strategic leadership, coaching, and advocacy for our Americas Sales Engineering team, cultivating an environment that fosters collaboration, continuous learning, and professional excellence. Your guidance will empower our Sales Engineers to thrive, positioning HiBob as the trusted partner for mid-market companies seeking to transform their people management capabilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of driven and enthusiastic Sales Engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them thrive.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture that aligns with HiBob's values, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
  • Identify and attract exceptional Sales Engineers who share our passion for people excellence and cultural alignment.
  • Ensure that Sales Engineers effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and services, positioning HiBob as the trusted partner for mid-market companies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to align on regional strategies and drive growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Product, Professional Services, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure seamless alignment and effective communication.
  • Work with subject matter experts across HiBob to build tailored enablement programs, enhancing your team's technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Coach deal teams on best practices, lead escalations to enable deal progression, and assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.

Base salaries for this role range from per year. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.

When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates’ depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.

  • 4-7 years of proven experience leading and supporting remote, culturally diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Strong experience in the mid market space
  • Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Pre Sales Engineering teams.
  • Unwavering people-first approach to leadership, prioritizing the growth and development of your team.
  • Extensive experience working in fast-paced startup environments, with a deep understanding of the mid-market landscape.
  • Growth mindset with a solution-solving approach, adapting to evolving business needs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Resourceful and motivated, with a passion for achieving ambitious goals and empowering your team to succeed.
