About The Role:

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Sales department by implementing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement plan. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Onboarding: Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure rapid integration and proficiency in our products, services, and sales processes.
  • Training Programs: Design and facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team, covering areas such as product updates, sales techniques, objection handling, and market trends.
  • Post-Sale Training: Collaborate with AE and AM teams to create training materials and resources for post-sale support, ensuring that our sales professionals can effectively guide customers through the implementation and adoption phases as well as renewals.
  • Self-Service Training: Develop self-service training materials and resources, such as online courses and knowledge base articles, to empower sales representatives to continue their learning and development independently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Support to stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and customer feedback, and incorporate relevant insights into sales enablement initiatives.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Take ownership of the sales-related sections of our knowledge base, ensuring that it is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible for our sales team.

Core Skills/Responsibilities: Who are you?

  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience (especially closing new business) - must
  • 1-3+ years of SaaS sales enablement experience in tech companies with dozens of sales representatives - must
  • Native-level English - must
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and other sales enablement technologies is a plus.

  • This position has a base salary range of $110,000 - $150,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
