Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Service to Sales Analyst to support our service to sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for driving sales performance through data-driven insights. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our service to sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze, prepare, and present regular reports on team performance, operational metrics, and sales outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the service to sales operations and work with the team to implement changes.
  • Conduct market and internal research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends that can impact sales performance.
  • Work closely with the service to sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies.
  • Maintain and manage sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track and analyze sales performance and customer interactions.


Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling data-driven storylines.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in [Enter State Manually] is $64,260.00 - $105,570.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter.
