Job Description:
The Sales Administrator is a supportive role that acts as an administrative assistant to the Sales Team, while also facilitating collaboration within the team. The Sales Administrator will also function as a liaison between the Sales Team and the other departments within the organization
Key duties include processing sales team requests, managing purchase orders, handling shipping logistics, coordinating invoicing, and serving as a subject matter expert for CRM systems. This role plays a critical part in streamlining operations, enhancing client relationships, and driving organizational growth through strategic contributions and meticulous attention to detail.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with TekScape’s managed services offerings, including MRR products, Cisco solutions, and Microsoft technologies.

Quoting & Product Research: Conduct product research and set appropriate discounts for services and products, including managed services, Cisco builds, and Microsoft solutions. Assist in generating and managing quotes for the Sales Team using ConnectWise.

Internal & External Communication: Act as the key liaison between the Sales Team, customers, and internal departments (such as procurement and technical teams) to gather and relay essential information about products, services, and order statuses.

Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Monitor and support sales activities within ConnectWise, ensuring opportunities and customer engagements are in line with TekScape's business objectives. Ensure compliance with established sales processes and documentation standards.

Data & Reporting: Generate sales-related reports and dashboards using ConnectWise, highlighting sales performance, pipeline management, and MRR growth for management review.

Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of TekScape’s core offerings, including managed services, cloud solutions, Microsoft technologies, Cisco builds, and other partner products.

Compliance & Sales Process Management: Ensure that all sales procedures are carried out in compliance with company policies, using ConnectWise for activities, opportunities, and service tickets. Maintain accurate records of all work and interactions.

Training & Development: Complete training materials and blueprints through ConnectWise University to stay current with internal processes and updates to TekScape's service offerings.

Time & Expense Management: Accurately log time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur, ensuring timely and proper documentation.

Process Improvement: Document and continuously improve internal sales processes, identifying areas for greater efficiency within the sales and quoting workflow.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams on event planning and support, such as trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences, to further TekScape’s presence in the MSP and technology space.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sales or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales support and customer service.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and logistics
- MSP experience strongly preferred.
- Subject matter expert for ConnectWise Manage and Sell administration.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 product and service sales (Microsoft 365, Modern Work and Azure fundamentals specifically).
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
- Background in programming languages such as Python (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
