Revenue Operations Manager
At Healthee, we're transforming how people make the most of their health benefits. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help align our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, streamline our revenue processes, and drive data-driven decision-making to support our growth.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the revenue operations process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Collaborate with the data analytics and finance teams on strategic projects to support growth initiatives and revenue forecasting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights. Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic revenue initiatives.
- Enhance sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Support scalability efforts by implementing systems and processes for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue operations within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working closely with data analytics and finance teams to align on revenue and growth strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- CRM proficiency - Must
- Familiarity with HubSpot is highly beneficial, as we use it for managing our CRM and revenue tracking processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and experience integrating various marketing and sales tools with
- Apollo, Linkedin Sales nav experience a plus
- Experience with Zapier for building and managing integrations and automation between platforms
- Experience in SQL for more advanced data analysis and reporting would be a plus
- Familiarity with emerging technology, innovative tools and a bias towards operational efficiency.

Salary: For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $130K-140 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive equity based on the Company's plans and in accordance with the Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
