monday.com is looking for a talented Renewal Manager who will engage with our customers throughout the year to transact and maintain on-time renewals, cross-sell/upsell within customer base, and focus on customer retention.

You’ll be a key and valued member of our Customer Success team and join a global Renewals Team.

The Renewal Manager will be expected to drive continuous improvement of the playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model in our NYC location.


About The Role:

  • Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from reach out and negotiation to confirmation.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Finance, and Sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth.
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).
  • Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
  • Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests
  • Identify Process gaps to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role ideally in SaaS companies
  • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Motivated, driven and results-oriented
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, energetic team player

Experience within the following is an advantage:

  • Proven experience with owning a renewal process E2E
  • Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, cs) in order to reach primary goals
  • Reporting a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).
  • Handling escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests
  • Approaches work with empathy and a creative, problem-solving mindset

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $95,000-$125,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
