Why we're hiring

We're growing and looking for a Recruiting Operations Associate to join our team and participate in the hiring process with the People Operations Team. You will be responsible for the coordination and assisting in the execution of our talent acquisition and talent marketing to ensure a thoughtful and detailed process to elevate the candidate experience. What you'll be doing

  • Partner with Recruiter(s) to manage and schedule a high volume of candidates across multiple departments in a timely manner, always putting candidate experience first
  • Deliver a high level of communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
  • Be responsible for the candidate interview experience throughout the interview process
  • Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools (GSuite, Zoom, Notion) and ATS (we use Greenhouse)
  • Author and collect documentation for each milestone of the interview process across departments

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting coordinating or operations in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience using ATS systems (Greenhouse or Lever) and scheduling meetings using Google Calendar, Hangouts, and Zoom is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, are essential
  • Keen attention to detail, as well as sound judgment, are required
  • Service-oriented individuals who adapt quickly and collaborate effectively will excel in this role
  • High-emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • A strong focus on process and a passion for efficiency

This position has a minimum base salary of $70,000 and a midpoint base salary of $90,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs).
