As a Project Operations Manager, you will be critical to command and control the success of an implementation end to end at the project level, as well as holistically against the company KPIs.  As Augury becomes larger and our key initiatives become both more complex and more cross-functional, this role will be vital to our project management operations.

A Day In Your Life

  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction with consistent results and transparency throughout the project lifecycle..
    • Upon POM assignment, to be facilitated by GTM and aligned with receipt of post sales, site specific criteria.
    • Upon project close out, to be facilitated by POM
    • Serve as an escalation point to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Participation in internal handovers
    • Project kickoff within ~3 business days of assignment with the flexibility to support exceptions where required.
    • Tailor external customer calls to needs of site and with consideration to the site level personas. May use emails vs. calls if preferred and it permits the project to progress. 
    • Scope changes, global multi-site deployments, upsells
    • Management of a project specific forecast via SFDC under WOLI (Work Order Line Item) by product(s) and start/end dates.
  • Installations
    • Manage projects in a standardized manner against specific SLAs to promote a consistent, customer experience. 
    • Upon project (case) assignment, acclimate with the end to end scope of the opportunity; this starts from products and quantities sold, scoped, and allocated per case to a site specific project.
    • If deviations occur in Incoterm, scope (quantity or product), or result in unplanned return visits, the Project Operations Manager will ensure that this is surfaced via an opportunity in SFDC to protect margins. 
  • Maintenance
    • Upon project (case) assignment, acclimate with the end to end scope of the site level needs. This should include an assessment of the IoT status, review of machines and their tagging in the platform, and inferences from cross functional teams in order to derive the site specific SOW (Scope of Work). 
    • Management of swaps that are currently prioritized by Customer Success depending on the account or site account specific IoT health. While swaps are prioritized as part of maintenance, we are managing it as if it is an installation to ensure comprehensive resolution and improvements to serviceability. 
  • General Operations
    • Active participant (where required) in cross functional or departmental initiatives. 
    • General understanding of solutions and BOM (bill of materials) tied to those solutions.

What You Bring

  • 5 years of project management and leadership experience.
  • Experience with CRM, project management tool(s), centralized repositories/suites (GSuite) is required and ERP is a plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
  • Acclimation and implementation of lean processes. 
  • Experience working with full stack solutions (preferred), hardware a must. 
  • Industrial experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication with the ability to tailor messaging to the relevant persona.
  • Process oriented, decision maker with ability to prioritize and multitask in an objective manner.
  • Ability to remain agile and balance processes vs. exceptions.
  • External relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, not reactive.
  • Customer centric and solution oriented, with the ability to build trust and transparency.
  • This position is remote but candidate should be based on the East coast.  Quarterly travel may be required to the NYC office as needed.

The pay range for this position in Colorado, California is and New York City is $115,000 to $150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
