Who You Are
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Programmatic Media Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our programmatic display, video, CTV, and audio programs. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven media strategies. You will be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, budget allocation, implementation, optimization, and measurement. In addition, you will lead the development and execution of new audio initiatives, focusing on streaming, podcasts, and other emerging platforms.
This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Paid Media and plays a vital role in shaping our overall media investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Execute Media Strategy: Develop and implement programmatic media strategies (CTV, YouTube, DIsplay, Audio), aligned with Justworks' goals for brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Own the full campaign lifecycle from planning to execution, including trafficking, tracking, and ongoing optimizations in platform (TTD, Google Ads, etc.). Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Audience & Data Management: Utilize first-party, third-party, and intent data to create precise B2B audience segments, ensuring highly targeted campaign delivery.
- Budget Ownership & Financial Management: Own budget management, ad spend, pacing, and forecasting for programmatic channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Audio Channel Strategy: Explore, develop, and launch net new initiatives to revamp our audio channel strategy, including streaming, podcasts, and other emerging audio platforms. Lead the execution of campaigns across these new channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
- Testing & Insights: Develop testing roadmaps and learning agendas to drive actionable insights, inform ongoing optimizations, and ensure optimal budget allocation.
- Incrementality & MTA: Partner with the analytics team to develop and execute channel incrementality testing and multi-touch attribution (MTA) analyses to measure campaign effectiveness and improve decision-making.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external creative teams on creative concepting, briefing, rotations, and ongoing optimizations to ensure creative is aligned with campaign goals and performs at its best.
- Platform Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with programmatic platform partners (e.g., The Trade Desk, CM360, etc.), ensuring that you are leveraging platform capabilities to the fullest.
- Clear Communication: Confidently and clearly communicate campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals and results.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in programmatic media
- At least 2+ years B2B experience, ideally SMB focused
- Experience balancing brand awareness and demand goals
- Expert knowledge of digital ad technologies including DSPs, ad servers, pixel tracking, ad ops, attribution, campaign set up and tracking
- Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk and CM360
- Proven track record of managing media budget to revenue goals and efficiency metrics
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills are essential. Must have ability to interpret and organize data and identify actionable insights
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109,000 to $119,900 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
