As monday.com continues on it's fast growth trajectory, we are looking for a passionate, creative and driven Revenue Enablement Program Manager to join us in our NYC office and make a big impact on our Client-Facing Group across globally.
You will be responsible for owning and implementing a wide range of initiatives and programs aimed at improving performance and support for our front-line managers globally. Your immediate focus will be on developing onboarding and continued education programs for all new and existing front-line managers across our CRO org. You will work closely with our Field Enablement Teams to ensure training needs align with regional focus, whilst creating continuity in expectations and reporting globally.
About The Role:
- Develop a high quality onboarding experience for front-line managers that brings to life the monday culture, and gets new hires off to a fast start in role.
- Create programs and processes to better enable front-line managers to coach and improve seller/IC performance, and identify process and tooling gaps to deploy efficient and effective solutions.
- Partner directly with stakeholders and leaders in Field Enablement to build and maintain Client-Facing Performance Competency Models that deconstruct performance expectations for each GTM role that is supported.
- Establish relationships and collaborate with Leadership to consistently iterate and improve on all aspects of program(s).
- Manage the communication strategy around process change/rollout to our teams of front-line managers to ensure timely and appropriate adoption.
- Become an expert in our product(s), go to market philosophy and sales methodology.
- Define program metrics and effectively assess program impact/success.
- Conduct skills gaps analysis to identify areas of improvement in current team leaders' skills/ processes, and create solutions for improvement.
- Develop and monitor enablement metrics that measure the effectiveness of training, tools, and processes with clear iteration and improvement.
- Collaborate with global enablement and cross-departmental units (business operations, marketing, channel, product) to provide project and change management support to ensure all initiatives and programs run smoothly in region.
- Implement and reinforce our adopted Sales Methodology into all aspects of program/process management and measure adherence and adoption rates associated.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in program management, sales/revenue enablement or learning/development program design within the SaaS industry.
- Track record of success in clearly developing and implementing data-driven programs at scale, across multi-functional teams.
- Demonstrated history of coaching colleagues around key role components while bringing field experience into coaching sessions.
- Experience building and developing engaging content for training and learning opportunities across multiple audiences.
- Experience in presenting data-driven conversations to support the narrative and direction of current or proposed program initiatives to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative and self-motivated in meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals
- Excels in clear communication and relationship building within their immediate team and cross-departmentally.
- Passion for helping others develop and grow.
- A proven history of successfully establishing priorities across multiple initiatives while pivoting within a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Experience in familiar Sales and Sales Enablement tools a huge plus (Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Guru, Articulate Rise, Highspot, Slack, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with monday.com a plus.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $117,000 - $150,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
