Senior PM, Consumer Experiences

About the role

Flowcode is looking for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead our consumer team. In this role, you will play a key part in launching and scaling novel consumer-focused products and features that are mobile-first and contribute to user and revenue growth in our business.

Within the consumer team, you will collaborate with a talented team of designers, engineers, and GTM stakeholders to test and implement new products and optimize existing user flows. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, ML, and ops, to ensure the success of initiatives that enhance user experiences and contribute to the overall growth and success of Flowcode.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and overseeing the product roadmap for our consumer experiences, which drive conversions and frequency of engagement for brands leveraging Flowcode 
  • Working closely with UX and engineering teams to build visually compelling front end products (e.g. a Mobile Commerce Pass)
  • Executing on large products with high ambiguity, strategically leveraging peers, stakeholders, and managers to deliver novel value
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and available resources. Make strategic and data-based decisions about trade-offs within the team’s roadmap, balance scope with quality, and communicate to diverse stakeholders ranging from team members to C-suite executives
  • Collaborating with other product managers to incorporate new learnings through customer feedback, quantitative signals and market trends
  • Developing and upleveling peers around you, elevating the team and fostering a high-performance culture

What makes you a good fit:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue impact through increased product adoption, engagement and retention
  • A strong reliance on testing and data-driven learning to drive prioritization
  • Experience leading the end to end product lifecycle for large and complex initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence different levels of the organization in a remote setting
  • Excitement about using AI and ML to deliver best in class product experiences

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $170-250k
  • Significant equity grant
