ABOUT THE ROLE:
Regal is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with our leadership to shape the future of our product. You'll be working with engineers to build and manage a domain of the product, addressing the needs of high-scale, multi-team brands and innovating on Regal’s best-in-class AI Phone agent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shape the roadmap for a domain of our product to deliver high-impact, quality features
- Interface directly with customers to understand their use cases, challenges, and needs
- Motivate and define requirements for new features, working closely with product design, engineering, and the data team to ensure successful implementation
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support rollouts, address customer requests, and close deals
- Review and test new and existing features to ensure they work as expected, and help customers adopt them
ABOUT YOU:
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Management needed
- Experience launching new SaaS products, ideally 0 to 1
- Experience directly interacting with and presenting to customers
- You drive projects to completion excellently, and are always looking for new ways that processes and products can be improved
- Analytical and structured thinker
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Nice to haves skills & experiences:
- Experience at a high-growth, high-scale startup
- Experience launching features built on OpenAI
- Experience with B2B or Enterprise
- Experience working with CRM or messaging platforms

POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:
This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid vaccination policy in place.
