We’re looking for a Product Analyst who will support the build of HiBob’s new native US Payroll product, as well as providing ongoing support and prioritization of new features after go-live. You thrive in a fast paced environment with a collaborative work ethic and keen eye for storytelling via data. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales and CS Teams to define, prioritize, and execute initiatives that will drive our business forward.

What will you do? 

  • Working with Product Managers and internal/external partners to write requirements for new product features and enhancements
  • Supporting Product Managers and collaborating with partners in Engineering and Product Design, throughout the software development lifecycle through the stages of research, requirements gathering, development, QA, UAT, Beta and Go Live
  • Tracking success metrics of each project to determine company and client impact
  • Partnering with Sales and Client Success teams to strategize on client requests, opportunities for new business development and client retention
  • Conducting user research and analyzing market trends to determine prioritization of the product roadmap

Base salaries for this role range from $110,000 - $140,000 per year.

Requirements

Requirements 

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • 3+ years of Product and/or Analyst experience, preferably in a SaaS Product or with an HCM focused company (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Time, etc)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent time management, project management, prioritization, and sense of ownership skills
