But in healthcare, patients lack market power. Which means they are expected to accept the unacceptable.

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Principal Product Manager working on our provider product, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating Zocdoc’s mission to change healthcare.

  • Refining and communicating a vision for how Zocdoc’s Intake features drive better appointment outcomes and help deliver value beyond the ZD marketplace
  • Creating deep empathy and understanding of provider needs, pain points, and goals through research and collaboration with sales and PMM teams
  • Building a long-term vision and roadmap in alignment with company and stakeholder priorities
  • Building relationships with our sales and operations teams to support complex operational processes and tools that improve them
  • Rolling up your sleeves and getting work done, with deep complexity, and at scale

  • 7 - 10+ years of work experience in relevant roles, ideally in SaaS and SMB experience for early-stage product development
  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • An action-oriented attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
  • Extensive experience with and enthusiasm for analytical problem solving, with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for telling a story with data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Redshift, Amplitude, Looker, and Salesforce is a plus

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

NYC Base Salary Range

$210,000$250,000 USD
