We are looking for a Principal Product Manager, Customer Data Platform
Compensation: $270,000 - $350,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
We’re looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to help us unlock relevance in Ecommerce and help build a fast-growing product team. In particular, you will be helping solve the toughest challenges in our Customer Data Platform product, helping drive customer relevance by developing exceptional understanding of customer needs and wants. You’ll work alongside a smart and passionate team of product managers, engineers and designers to scale a product, delivering significant value along the way.
You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market competition, skilled in resolving complex problems and structuring solutions, passionate about data analysis, and have a proven track record of successful product delivery with measurable outcomes. You are adept at managing product health and resource allocation, thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, and are eager to grow your product career.
Requirements
About the role:
- Create successful, high-impact product strategies for the Rokt Customer Data Platform product in line with the company’s vision, market insights, and customer needs
- Set the vision and lead a cross-functional team to deliver CDP product roadmap on time with excellent execution
- Ensure alignment with senior stakeholders and executives across departments, and making critical decisions to steer product to long-term success
- Define and achieve objectives and key results for Identity, Attribution and other CDP areas
About You:
- 7+ years of experience in high-growth tech company or other relevant organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior product managers, and drive cross-organizational efforts to achieve business objectives
- Solid experience building customer data platforms, identity products, or marketing measurement tools
- Ability to collaborate with engineers in developing technical architecture, as well as leading commercial conversations with clients and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. science, engineering, computer science)
