We are looking for a Presentation Designer

Compensation: $120,000 - $138,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

About the role

Rokt is seeking a Senior Presentation Designer to help clients quickly understand the benefits of our offering and our product with clear, concise and professional client-facing sales materials. Reporting into the head of Sales Marketing, the Senior Presentation Designer will be responsible for ensuring that every presentation reflects our brand values and product positioning while meeting our high standards for quality and creativity. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing and Product teams as well as Rokt’s Executive team. 

About the Role:

  • Work closely with the sales team and/or other to clearly communicate the proposition and business value of Rokt solutions internally and externally to prospects and clients
  • Reduce sales cycle time by creating impactful presentations and supporting collateral
  • Quickly create a wide array of sales enablement materials across many types of mediums (one pagers, slides, case studies, etc.)
  • Identify materials that are best customized to existing clients to grow the relationship
  • Create reusable assets and templates that allow others to do basic customization
  • Coach/teach sales and marketing teams to do their own customization
  • Support internal communication between teams with best in class material updates, managing workload, storytelling, and more.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in presentation and/or sales enablement design.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Slides along with other presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote) and related design software including Figma. 
  • Ability to produce marketing materials on time in response to a brief, with support from senior stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and visual presentation instinct excited by crafting content
  • Strong attention to detail and editing skills, able to identify opportunities to improve materials, ensuring that all presentations are polished, consistent, and on-brand.
  • Organized, and with high personal accountability, able to take direction and work independently, balanced with a strong sense of when to communicate updates
  • The ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions; eager to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to help make projects and clients successful
  • Ability to stay ahead of presentation trends and rapidly adapt to changing project requirements.
  • High energy and drive, with an ability to exhibit passion for storytelling
