What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Operations Manager to join our Demand Generation team. This role will play a critical part in maintaining and optimizing our marketing efforts across various digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and email marketing. You will work closely with our demand generation, content, and revenue operations teams to drive growth and optimize the marketing funnel.

This is a hands-on role where you will execute in marketing systems but without owning the technical aspect of these platforms. You will focus on driving operational excellence through continuous improvement.  

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Nurture Flows

  • Build, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns targeting different customer segments including the monthly Templafy Newsletter
  • Develop and implement engagement programs (nurture flows) to nurture leads through targeted, automated marketing based on lead score or behavior.
  • Ensure email campaigns align with Templafy’s overall marketing strategy, maintaining consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Monitor and optimize key email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, using A/B testing and segmentation strategies.
  • Build and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and automation flows within Pardot to build engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Work closely with the revenue operations team to ensure Pardot-Salesforce integration is functioning effectively, ensuring accurate lead flow and reporting.
  • Utilize Pardot’s advanced segmentation and automation features to streamline marketing efforts and deliver personalized messaging at scale.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Support the team in optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels to promote demand and lead generation.
  • Ensure leads and opportunities are correctly attributed to the respective campaigns to facilitate ROI analyses and reporting.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, adjusting targeting, and testing new creative and messaging strategies.
  • Own the performance reporting for demand generation campaigns, including regular tracking of key metrics such as traffic, conversions, CPL, CAC, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights based on campaign performance data to inform future campaign strategies.

Website & Landing Page Conversion & Optimization

  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps to track landing page performance from paid and organic channels
  • Collaborate to develop and optimize landing pages that deliver high conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B tests and analyze user behavior to improve landing page performance.
  • Continuously improve user experience and conversion paths, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Work with the web development and UX teams to monitor, analyze, and optimize website conversion rates.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the user journey, making data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and overall site performance.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ideally experience with Pardot (MCAE)
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, nurture programs, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, display, social) and best practices for campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with landing page and website optimization techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset, with a keen ability to analyze data, derive insights and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
